To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thedaisybeeboutique.co.uk to let us know your are starting a return and please include your name and order number . There is no need to wait for a reply . PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
Once you have done this please return your item/items to the address below . There is no need to send recorded, tracked or first class but for your own peace of mind keep your proof of posting and tracking number .

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund back to your original payment method.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
