Ordered the Teddy Bear wool mix jacket in grey. The seller contacted me BEFORE she fulfilled the order as the Jacket was darker than the one in the photo, offered immediate full refund if it wasn’t what I wanted. She enclosed a photo of new colour jacket. I asked her to send it! It arrived in 2 days and I absolutely love it. Very soft and cosy and will be just right for when it’s too warm for a ‘big coat’ but too cold for just a cardi!

I bought the faux fur teddy bag in the dark pink for my youngest grandaughter. She loves all things pink and this will look fabulous with the pink jumper dress I have knitted.

Bought this faux fur small heart bag for my teenage granddaughter for her Christmas stocking. Bought in black as that's her favourite colour at the moment!! It's really lovely. Hope she likes it.
